5 Stars Jamestowne Professional Park (JPP) largely serves the professional sole proprietor community in the greater Williamsburg area. I have been here for 5 years and am very pleased. The property is very well maintained, very nicely landscaped and has plenty of parking. Many amenities are included – conference rooms, kitchens, reception areas for your next appointment to wait, utilities, janitorial services, high-speed internet and security services. There are no other alternatives to JPP that match my requirements that are centrally located within the 23185/23188 zip codes. JPP is truly unique and I highly recommend it. Mike Sloan makes a great onsite Property Management team. What I needed was a professional place to conduct meetings with clients when necessary. Jamestowne Professional Park is perfect for those who can’t have a home office (due to zoning, covenants, etc.) or for those who don’t want to rent a generic office. They offer luxury furnished offices at reasonable rates. The management is top notch. Look no further. I highly recommend.
